  • Our Facility was audited by M/s. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and approved as sub-vendor for Oil coolers

  •  We have necessary processes to ensure quality at all stages of product development life cycle.
  •  We have ASNT NDT Level–II qualified engineer to ensure the best weld quality
  • Our welders are qualified in accordance to ASME requirement for GTAW/SMAW welding

Manufacturing:

  •  We have all required facilities, machinery such as:
    • 3 Ton capacity Gantry Crane with electric hoist
    • ESAB Make GMAW Welding Machine, GTAW/SMAW welding Machines
    • Radial Drilling Machine
    • PowerMaster Make Tube Expansion Systems
    • Level Platform to ensure perfect alignment and dimensions
    • Required Hand tools, Calibrated Pressure Gauges, measuring equipment
    • Hydro test units
    • Flushing Unit to ensure thorough cleaning of heat exchangers and make them “Ready to use”
  •  We aim to manufacture the products using latest and cutting edge technologies and hence we have partners nearby for:
    • CNC Drilling and grooving of Tube sheets
    • CNC Laser Cutting/Punching for Baffle Plates
  • We are in the process of automating the circumferential welding using welding lathe. This will significantly improve welding quality, aesthetic and productivity.
